Where is the Service?

Counselling takes place in quiet surroundings located in South Ealing, W5. The nearest underground stations are South Ealing and Ealing Broadway and bus number 65 stops nearby.

How do I make an Appointment?

Our phone number is 07092 982324. You can telephone us any weekday between 9am and 5pm. If we are not available to take the call, please leave a message with your name and contact telephone number. We will promptly return your call to discuss a suitable time for an initial appointment. You could also email us at info@ealingcounsellingservice.co.uk.

What will happen at my first Appointment?

There will be an opportunity to find out more about your Counsellor and if counselling is right for you at your first appointment. It will also help the Counsellor to find out about your current difficulties and consider how they might assist you. At the end of this appointment, you and your Counsellor will jointly decide how you might begin to work together.

How much will it Cost?

The first appointment is free of charge. The cost of each session thereafter is £30 (for 50 minutes).

Can anyone attend?

Yes. Whatever your background, you will be treated with dignity and respect.

Is the Service confidential?

Yes. The Counsellors abide by the Counselling Society's Code of Ethics and we will therefore not give your name or divulge any information about you unless someone’s safety is at risk or we are obliged to do so by law.
